There is a current national shortage of medications that treat ADHD symptoms. This is due both to manufacturing problems as well as an increased demand in the world.

Our service can provide private ADHD treatment as an alternative to waiting for NHS funding through Right to Choose. Our assessment fees include the cost of a single prescription.

A comprehensive assessment of your ADHD symptoms will be conducted with an experienced consultant Psychiatrist. This includes a complete medical history, as well as an evaluation using the common ADHD questionnaires and rating scales.

If you decide to return to NHS treatment the medication you take will be issued with a private adhd titration prescription which you'll need to pay for at the pharmacy (this is not included in your consultation fees). You must attend six-monthly appointments to check your medications. This includes blood pressure and pulse measurements. Annual exams are also required.

Follow-up appointments

After the evaluation is completed after the assessment is completed, you can make follow-up appointments with the psychiatrist. The appointment is usually done through a zoom video call. However, in certain instances, it could be possible to have an audio-only consultation to be conducted (again with an additional cost).

In this session, we'll discuss any treatment options and come up with a unique ADHD medication titration program. These titrations cost PS150 for face-to-face sessions, and PS60 by video or phone consultation. The pharmacy will be charged for any medication costs.

Check if your GP accepts a Shared Care Agreement, which means you will be referred to them when you leave the clinic to get a prescription medication.

Medication
