Easy to install

After removing the cover After removing the cover, you can use a flathead to pry the four main attachment clips off the passenger side of fob assembly. These are marked with red on the image below. Be aware of the yellow locating tabs that have to be disengaged.

Replace the battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should face the opening on the fob, and the "side that is "-" side should face the rubber buttons.

Reattach the passenger-side mirror cover by aligning locating tabs. After you've done this, place the fob on the driver's side in your vehicle and test it by pressing the button on the front of the car key. If everything is functioning properly your car should start to turn on the parking lights and the doors will lock automatically.
