2. Easy to fold

The tri-fold is the newest stroller for travel. It folds down into three parts and offers the most compact combination of size and features. The UPPAbaby Miniu, as an instance, comes with a reversible chair with a storage pouch that is not structured in the rear, and a locking latch to keep it folded. It's slightly larger than the umbrella models from the brand however, it folds more compactly than its G-Luxe and G-Link counterparts. It also comes with a carry strap with padding that fits over your shoulder.

The most effective strollers for travel can be folded down to a small size that is easy to store. They can be easily stowed in the trunk of a car, or in the overhead bin of the plane. If you are frequent travelers, we suggest that you consider a stroller that is more robust, with better features and the ability to hold more items. The UPPAbaby Minu, for example, has many of the same features as its G-Luxe and G-Link siblings, but it's more compact and folds faster. It's also a bit stronger than an umbrella stroller and comes with a comfortable carrying strap that takes some of the burden off your shoulders.

4. Confortable

Strollers are often used for long periods of time when traveling, which is why comfort is important. Find seats with plenty of padding and recline systems that allows you to position it at multiple angles. Be aware of whether the canopy extends to provide sun protection and if mesh windows allow airflow. If you have to carry items with you look for a stroller with an organizer for parents and a cup holder as well as a large storage basket under the seat. If you're shopping for a stroller that is suitable for older children, make sure to check the age range and consider whether your child is comfortable in the seat without a car seat for infants.

It is also essential to consider how a stroller compact rolls. It must be able to roll easily on various surfaces, including smooth carpets, hardwoods, cobblestones, and gravel.
